My name is Giancarlo and I am a personal trainer at AdMac Fitness. I believe that some of the most important physical qualities  are sound posture, strength and integrity throughout the body and the ability to move with ease and without pain.   

Typically, my sessions include static and dynamic mobility drills, postural and corrective exercises, resistance training, bodyweight and functional movements and flexibility work. 

I love ground-based, ‘natural’ movement training because it is a safe and playful way to achieve optimal strength and functionality. I have had some wonderful mentors throughout my life and it has been a pleasure to pass along my expertise with the highest standard of service, safety and professionalism.
