A great example of a client who stayed consistent over a 3 month period with training and nutrition. He had a significant drop in body fat as well as an increase in his bench press by 35kg, his deadlift by 54kg and from zero to 15 press ups.

10kg weight gain between these two photos! Adding substantial muscle is always a hard process which takes dedication and accuracy. Focus on improving some mobility issues, refining technique and then hitting the big compound exercises week in week out!
