In Admac Fitness Studios we seek excellence in our service. Train alone or as a couple. For us the most important thing is that you are comfortable, learn the process, have a good time and achieve your goals.

All of our sessions are delivered from our personal training studios either in Bow, E3 or South Woodford, E18. Our South Woodford studio is a truly personal environment, where you’ll be the only client working in the space at the time.

We will review your goals, perform some basic assessments, and discuss the different options available to you. I’ll offer advice and guidance to help you begin the process of improving your fitness.

Feel the most personal experience.

60 minutes in which the coach will work with you in a private and fully equipped space with all the necessary tools to achieve your goals. No matter your experience our purpose is that you feel comfortable, happy and focussed with the training.

Couple training

Enjoy and train hard with your partner

The perfect combination to have fun and get results. Join your friend in this process and enjoy a personalised experience together. The coach will adapt the session to the levels of each one.

12 week fat loss package

Most clients lose between 5-10kg whilst putting muscle on along the way.

3 sessions a week - £1800

The most common request from clients is usually some kind of transformation, be it losing 5 stone or just trying to lose a bit of belly fat. If this is the request then of course it is always the main goal when we work with someone - and we have managed to achieve great results with a whole range of clientel. (see gallery for transformation examples) - These are done by looking at a client’s week as a whole and then deciding what the best course of action is, whether that be solely working on improving strength, or increasing daily activity, improving their nutrition or all of these things combined.

Even if a client is looking primarily for a physique transformation, in sessions we spend all of our time coaching clients how to move better, become pain free and get stronger. We aim for as many clients as possible to be able to perform the squat, deadlift, bench press, lunge and hip thrust with perfect form. We also spend a lot of time coaching body-weight strength including chin ups, press ups, dips, inverted rows, split squats to name just a few. Once form is nailed on we really home in on strength related goals. We have a client leaderboard for a bit of in house fun for those that want to get involved. So you can see in these examples a lot of clients come to us wanting a body transformation, end up getting a lot stronger a long the way. 2 for the price of 1!
